We pack and send most orders within 1–3 business days. After that:

• Most items arrive in about 1–2 weeks (now and then it can take up to 3).
• Items from our US warehouse usually arrive in about a week.

If your order has items from more than one warehouse, it may come in more than one package. We’ll email you a tracking number for each package as soon as it ships. We ship to all 50 US states. See our shipping policy for the details.

Yes! Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.

Of course. You can return most new, unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items need to be in their original condition with all packaging and tags.

• To start a return, email hello@wiggle.dog with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check your return.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
• Arrived damaged or not working? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund. Your choice.
• Can’t be returned: items that have been worn, used or washed; items missing their original packaging or tags; custom or personalized items; final sale or clearance items; and treats, food or other consumables.
• Exchanges: the quickest way is to return the original and place a new order for what you’d like.

Our jewelry is made for small dogs and fits pups under about 25 lbs. Every product page lists the measurements, so it’s worth a quick check of your dog’s neck with a soft tape measure before you order. Not sure which size to pick? Email us and we’ll gladly help.

Our chains, bows and collars are for supervised wear, like photo sessions, outings and special occasions. Please take them off for rough play, crate time, and whenever your pup will be on their own.

Our pet perfume is for the coat only. Spray it lightly on the fur and keep it away from the eyes and nose.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay show up when your phone or browser supports them.

Yes, 10% off your first order with code WELCOME10. You don’t need to type anything. It’s added for you automatically at checkout. It’s one per customer, and some bundle deals can’t be combined with it.
