SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping within the United States: 3-7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75
- $7.99 flat rate standard shipping on US orders under $75

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Look around your delivery address
3. Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
4. Contact the carrier to file a claim

If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, contact us at hello@wiggle.dog and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@wiggle.dog. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
